What does "20mg" mean? When your vial says Tirzepatide 20mg, it means there's 20mg of the drug in a specific volume of liquid. The concentration tells you how much drug is in each mL.

Example calculation:
If you reconstitute a 20mg vial with 2mL of water:
20mg ÷ 2mL = 10mg per mL
